"Take A Breath Rosemont" - SoulPanicRecordings (SPR-CDR-011-012-013) - Patched version by Szabi (Castellorizon and the beginning of On An Island is patched from edgar's recording to substitute the very bad parts of "Take A Breath Rosemont". Other versions I've heard:
  • "Home, Home Again" (rec.2) [IFWT-CDR-025] - almost as good as the Sonic Studios DSM-6 source
  • Untitled - Audience DAT recording taped by Rolf (REC 4, lineage details: Sony TCD D8 + Sonic Studio DSM 6, incl. pre-amp with bass roll off) - a bad noise during A Pocketful Of Stones and Where We Start, otherwise a very good recording too

Royal Albert Hall, London, UK
Best version:
"ABE04" - Patched version by Szabi (the original roio is slightly incomplete, "Speak To Me" & "Breathe" are not available, so these 2 songs were inserted from "Paris In London" Rec.2)

Other versions I've heard:
"Paris In London" (rec.2)

2006. 05. 31.
Royal Albert Hall, London, UK
Best version:
Untitled - Audience DAT recording taped by Rolf (REC 4, lineage details: Sony TCD D8 + Sonic Studio DSM 6, incl. pre-amp with bass roll off) - Patched version by Szabi (Several problems of the original recording were patched using different sources: "Speak To Me" and the beginning of "Breathe" were inserted; cut between "Take A Breath" and "A Pocketful Of Stones" patched; "Where We Start" was completely replaced with a better source; the taper's disturbing speech at the beginning of "Shine On You Crazy Diamond" was replaced with a different source.)
There is another problem with this recording which cannot be corrected: the taper moved his microphone very often (probably the microphone was on his head): this can be disturbing, especially when listening through headphones. Otherwise it's a great recording.
  Other versions I've heard:
  • "CastelloRAHzon" - #ROIOCDR022 - Patched version by Szabi ("Speak To Me" and the beginning of "Breathe" were not very good and slightly incomplete, so these parts were inserted from "Last Smile At London" Rec.3)
    • Almost as good as the "best version", highly recommended recording!
  • "Last Smile At London" (Recorder 3) - very-very good source too
  • "Red Shoes At RAH"

  • The Blue, This Heaven, A Pocketful Of Stones and Where We Start also available on the official "Live In Gdańsk" CD release
  Other versions I've heard:
  • "La Claque! [remastered]" - very-very good quality, almost as good as "Echoes In The Amphitheatre", very hard to choose which one is "better"
  • Untitled - 2 source matrix from "Un peu de beaujolais et un peu de silence" & "La Claque!" made by bonzobonham ("The files were extracted from sHN to wave using Trader's Little Helper. Then the wave files were mixed using Nero SoundTrax, and burned to CD-r. The CD-r was extracted using EAC, and the files were cut up into tracks using EAC wave processor. SBE's were fixed and the tracks compressed to FLAC. level 8 using Trader's Little Helper.")
    • This 2-source mix is also available as an audio-only DVD with 48kHz LPCM sound: there are 2 different versions (the first version has dual audio extraction in the lineage; the second version has no audio-extraction, has 7 bonus tracks and is called "Secret Elephant Version"), both DVD-versions are a slightly different mix than the CD-version, but soundquality is the same as the CD version.

  • Untitled (source: Monacor MCE-4000 > DIY battery box > line in > MZ-NH700 Hi-Sp) - mono, but better sound quality than "Make Yourselves Comfortable" and "Can I Get This Working?"
  • "Make Yourselves Comfortable" SNSik SNS-MR-005 [REC2]
  • "Can I Get This Working?"
